To commemorate the first anniversary of its founding, the Korea Hong Kong Friendship Association (KHKFA) invites you to participate in the Korea Photo / Mobile Pictures Contest, which is designed to enhance the culture exchange and understanding between the peoples of Korea and Hong Kong.
1. Theme: Korea … My Impressions
Any places or sightseeing points in Korea
Showing peoples’ enjoyment in participating in Korean related events or festivals
2. Entrant Requirements: Hong Kong Resident with effective HKID.
3. Entry Criteria:
Digital Photos – Any photos taken since April 2007. File must not exceed 2 Mb in size and be greater than 2,200 X 2,800 pixels. (JPEG files only)
Mobile Pictures – Any mobile pictures taken since April 2007, the length of the file should not exceed 1 minute. (MPEG files only)
4. Number of Entries:Each entrant may submit up to5 photos and 2 mobile pictures. (The awards for entries previously or currently entered in other contests, copies or composite entries will be cancelled.)
5. Entry Process: Complete the entry form from www.koreahkfriendship.org and send it to webmaster@.koreahkfriendship.org. KHKFA will assign a registration number and a designated link to each entrant for works submission.
6. Entry Period: Completed entry form should be submitted no later than May 25, 2008. Works should be sent no later than May 28, 2008 to designated link.
7. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be notified by e-mail and announced on the KHKFA's website on June 16, 2008(http://www.koreahkfriendship.org)
8. Prizes
Airline tickets from Hong Kong-Incheon (Seoul)-Hong Kongwill be awarded to one Grand Prize winner in each criteria.
In addition, cellular phones, digital cameras, DVD players and other electronic equipment, Korean ginseng products, Korean restaurant coupons and many prizes will be awarded to other excellent works.
For the first 100 contest participants, souvenirs on Korean culture will be sent as a token of appreciation.
9. Winning Works
Awarding Ceremony and exhibition opening reception will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2008 (invitation only). Exhibition of selected photos and mobile pictures will be shown from June 23 to 28, 2008 (Monday to Saturday) at the Hong Kong Fringe Club.
10. Additional Information
The KHKFA has the rights to use all submissions.
Entrants are solely responsible for all copyright issues regarding their submitted works, which includes the rights to the image of a person in the photo.

2008 韓國相片 / 自製流動短片比賽
為慶祝港韓好友會 (KHKFA) 成立一週年紀念，舉辦紀念活動「2008 韓國相片 / 自製流動短片比賽」，並誠邀香港各界參與，藉以加強韓國及香港兩地民眾之間的文化交流。
11. 主題：韓國 …我們印象(Korea … My Impressions)
任何有關韓國的地方或觀光景點
任何有關大眾參與韓國盛事及節慶時的歡樂氣氛
12. 參賽者資格：持有效香港身份證
13. 參賽組別及準則：
數碼照片 – 任何於2007年4月以後拍攝的照片。檔案大小不可超過2 Mb，亦不可少於2,200 X 2,800 映像點 (pixels)。(只接受JPEG 檔案)
自製流動短片–任何於2007年4月以後拍攝的流動短片，短片長度為1分鐘以內。(只接受MPEG 檔案)
14. 參賽作品數目：每名參加者最多可遞交5 張照片及2 段自製流動短片。(如獲獎作品曾經或現正參與其他比賽，將立即被終止參賽資格)
15. 參賽準則方法：先填寫參加表格 (可從www.koreahkfriendship.org網站下載)，完成後透過電子郵件發送至webmaster@.koreahkfriendship.org， KHKFA將分配登記號碼及指定連結予有關參賽者，遞交有關作品。
16. 參賽時期：完成的參加表格必須於2008年的5月25日或之前遞交。參賽者必須於5月28日或之前遞交作品於指定連結。
17. 得獎公佈：得獎者將獲發電子郵件通知。而得獎名單將在2008年6月16日於 KHKFA網站(http://www.koreahkfriendship.org) 公佈。
18. 獎品
每個組別有大獎一名，獎品為來回香港至仁川 (首爾) 的機票。
其他獎品包括手提電話、數碼相機、DVD機及其他電子產品。此外，有韓國人蔘產品、韓國餐廳禮劵及其他豐富獎品。.
首100名參賽者可獲限量韓國特色紀念品，以答謝支持。
19. 得獎作品
頒獎禮及展覽開幕酒會擬於2008年6月21日星期六舉行 (只限於獲邀請者)。入圍相片及流動短片將在2008年6月23日至28日期間於香港藝穗會展出。
20. 注意事項
KHKFA 擁有參賽作品的使用權。
參賽者必須負責有關作品的版權事宜，包括作品內的出現之人物。
